{"id":163,"date":"2025-11-23T15:09:52","date_gmt":"2025-11-23T18:09:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aztecaexoticfoods.sr\/?page_id=163"},"modified":"2025-11-23T15:09:55","modified_gmt":"2025-11-23T18:09:55","slug":"algemene-voorwaarden-srefidensi-kortingsactie-azteca-doubles","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aztecaexoticfoods.sr\/index.php\/algemene-voorwaarden-srefidensi-kortingsactie-azteca-doubles\/","title":{"rendered":"Algemene Voorwaarden Srefidensi-Kortingsactie Azteca Doubles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 1 &#8211; Definities<\/strong><br>Deelnemer: Iedere natuurlijke persoon van 18 jaar of ouder, woonachtig in Suriname, die deelneemt aan de kortingsactie.<br>Organisator: Azteca Exotic Foods, gevestigd te Paramaribo, Suriname.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 2 &#8211; Deelname<\/strong><br>2.1 Deelname geschiedt door het publiceren van een foto van een Azteca Doubles-product via een persoonlijk social media-account op Facebook, Instagram of TikTok, voorzien van een tag aan @AztecaDoubles en de hashtag #SrefidensiDeal.<br>2.2 Medewerkers van de Organisator en hun directe familie zijn uitgesloten van deelname.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 3 &#8211; Actieperiode<\/strong><br>De kortingsactie loopt van 23 november t\/m 30 november 2025. De ontvangen korting is te verzilveren t\/m 6 December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 4 &#8211; Korting en criteria<\/strong><br>4.1 Het kortingspercentage wordt bepaald op basis van het aantal likes op het gepubliceerde bericht, tot maximaal 50%.<br>4.2 Korting is alleen geldig op een volgende aankoop van Azteca Doubles bij Azteca Exotic Foods en niet inwisselbaar voor geld.<br>4.3 Per deelnemer mag slechts \u00e9\u00e9n korting worden verzilverd.<br>4.4 De korting is niet geldig in combinatie met andere acties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 5 &#8211; Geldigheid en uitgifte<\/strong><br>5.1 Na verificatie door de Organisator ontvangt de deelnemer een digitale kortingscoupon.<br>5.2 De coupon dient bij aankoop te worden getoond.<br>5.3 De coupon is alleen geldig gedurende genoemde termijn en wordt gedeactiveerd na eenmalig gebruik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 6 &#8211; Gegevens en privacy<\/strong><br>6.1 Deelnemers geven bij deelname toestemming om hun foto en voornaam te gebruiken voor promotionele doeleinden, conform de privacyverklaring op&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aztecaexoticfoods.sr\/\">www.aztecaexoticfoods.sr<\/a>.<br>6.2 Persoonsgegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld conform het Surinaamse Burgerlijk Wetboek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 7 &#8211; Uitsluiting en fraude<\/strong><br>7.1 De Organisator behoudt zich het recht voor deelnemers te diskwalificeren bij vermoeden van misbruik, fraude of niet-naleving van deze voorwaarden.<br>7.2 Foto\u2019s met ongepaste inhoud worden geweigerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 8 &#8211; Wijziging en be\u00ebindiging<\/strong><br>8.1 De Organisator behoudt zich het recht voor deze actie en\/of voorwaarden ten allen tijde te wijzigen of te be\u00ebindigen indien omstandigheden dit rechtvaardigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 9 &#8211; Aansprakelijkheid<\/strong><br>9.1 De Organisator is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele technische storingen of problemen met social media-platforms.<br>9.2 De Organisator aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor schade voortvloeiend uit deelname aan de actie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artikel 10 &#8211; Toepasselijk recht<\/strong><br>Op deze voorwaarden is uitsluitend Surinaams recht van toepassing.
